Subsidised rates available. We offer reduced fees for families, small not-for-profits and individuals experiencing financial hardship. Please ask during your free call. No one is turned away for cost alone where support is possible.

How fees are usually shared

In workplace matters, the employer typically covers the mediation fee. In family and school matters, the cost is often shared between the parties, or covered by the school or organisation. We can talk through the options with you during the initial call.

All services are charged at $285 per hour. Fees include GST where applicable. Travel beyond 100 km from our base may attract a small additional charge, which will always be agreed in advance.
