All fees include GST. Mediation fees are charged per matter, not per party.

What a standard matter includes
  • A free 15-minute enquiry call to see whether mediation fits
  • Agreement to Mediate and intake with each side
  • A private pre-mediation session with each party
  • A joint mediation session of up to three hours, online or in person
  • A written outcome or agreement in plain English
  • A follow-up check-in after the session

Who pays

In workplace matters, the employer pays the full fee. Staff who participate are not invoiced.

In education matters, the school pays the full fee. Families are not invoiced.

Where two people come to us directly, the fee is split equally unless you agree something else with us beforehand.

If cost is the barrier

We offer reduced fees for families in financial hardship and for not-for-profit organisations. Ask us. We will talk it through before you commit to anything.
