Nationally Accredited Mediator (AMDRAS)

A mediator who actually listens

Taz Stephens brings more than 20 years of experience in education and leadership to every mediation. She understands what it feels like when a conversation is stuck, when people are hurting, and when every meeting seems to make things worse.

Her work is built on the belief that most people want to be heard, understood and treated fairly. When those things happen, solutions usually follow.

Taz is warm, direct and calm under pressure. She does not take sides. She does not rush. She creates the kind of space where honest conversations can finally happen.

What we specialise in

We work primarily with workplace and education disputes. That includes:

Our approach

We use both facilitative mediation (where the focus is on helping parties reach a practical agreement) and transformative mediation (where the focus is on shifting how people see and respond to each other). The choice depends on what each situation actually needs.

In plain English, we help people have the conversation they have been avoiding, and then work with them to turn that conversation into something useful.

Where we work

We are based in Central West NSW and offer in-person mediation across the region. Online mediation is available Australia-wide via secure video, so location is rarely a barrier.
